KOC Competency Development 2020

Emerson Automation Solutions has worked with Kuwait Oil Company to develop a comprehensive Competency Development Program for Instrumentation and Control Engineers & Technicians. Technicians programs are held in Dubai over a period of 13 weeks including coursework, hands-on workshops, case studies and pre and cost course assessment. The program is designed to address the competency gaps and accelerate the onboarding and skills development of young Kuwaiti Professionals.
